OUR PROCESS OF HOME DESIGN

1. Call To Make An Appointment - Mobile (251) 639-9399 / Baldwin (251) 533-9399

2. Bring All Information Regarding Your New Homes' Design, Pictures, Notes, Ideas, Sketches, Building Restrictions (If Building In A Sub-division) And Your Survey/Plat Of Your Property

3. Meet With A Designer And Discuss Future Plans - Allow For 2 Hours Maximum Time.
   And Remember, Meeting Time Is Included In The Fees You Pay For Your Plans. Also, We Do Not
   Accept Third Party Involvement, Representation, or Payment,  On Your Behalf. Fill Out A Brief Questionnaire For Your Interior/Exterior Finishes - Appliances/Flooring - Fixtures/etc...

4. Sign Contract & Provide Payment from Estimated Square Footage & Plan Level Chosen.
   Payments Due at Beginning of Plan Level Stepped Advancement for Local High Wind Designs.

5. A Preliminary Will Be Designed With Items Discussed, Once Completed, We Can Email Your Preliminary To You Or Phone You To Schedule Your Next In Office Appointment To Review
   Your Preliminary - Allow At Least 1 Hour To Review Your Preliminary With The Designer.

6. Once A Preliminary Is Approved, An Estimated Time Of Completion Is Then Provided To You
   For Your Completed Work Based On Which PLAN PACK or LEVEL of Plan You've Chosen.
